The health check document is in .PDF format you can either view it in your web browser (e.g. Chrome/Firefox etc) or you can download it to your device.
Most devices can open PDF files but if for some reason you can’t, you can download and install the free version of Adobe Reader Here.
To view the PDF in your browser click the Download button above and the document will open in a new browser tab.
To download the PDF to your device Right Click the button and select “Save link as…” (Chrome/Firefox) or “Save target as…” (Edge)
You can then choose the location on your device where you want to save the file.
