As both a parent and professional, Emily adores the education sector as she believes good schools have the power to change lives and shape futures.

Emily set up The Stickman Consultancy  – a school marketing agency – in 2012, after spending 14 years in marketing agencies in Bristol, working on large brands such as BMW/MINI, BBC-Haymarket and the Financial Times. Across the last 10 years, Stickman’s specialist support, has helped to generate over £5.9m for schools in additional pupil fees. 

Stickman works closely with IAPS (Independent Association of Prep Schools), ISBA (Independent School Bursars Association), COBIS (Council of British International Schools), the ISA (Independent Schools Association), AGBIS (Association of Governing Bodies of Independent Schools), ISBL (Institute of School Business Leaders) and Emily is a Fellow of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing).
