1. THE MYSTERY SHOP

Posing as a prospective family, we assess the enquiry journey across 5 stages over 6 weeks.

We evaluate the quality, frequency, timing, and format of engagement.

This is typically done remotely but can be conducted on-site if preferred.

Stages

  • 1: First impressions (your website and social media).
  • 2: Initial enquiry.
  • 3: In between enquiry and phone call.
  • 4: Phone call.
  • Stage 5: Keeping in touch.

2. REPORT & PRESENTATION

We compile a detailed report with findings, recommended actions, and the top 3–5 priority fixes for quick impact. We guide you on next steps and offer tips to ensure a positive experience when sharing the report.

This service often works well in conjunction with our Admissions Training.
