Stickman’s very own Founder & Director, Emily Richards, was recently part of an expert panel jointly hosted by School Management Plus to discuss how parent buying behaviour has impacted school marketing during the pandemic.

The panel agreed that the sector has seen a “massive shift” towards digital school marketing during these times.

The session was co-hosted by School Management Plus Managing Director, Steve Spriggs, and he and Emily were joined by John Knight, Head of Secondary School at the British School in Brussells, and Ian Hunt, CEO and Chair of Haileybury Schools in Kazakhstan.

The panel’s discussion included how parents are researching schools, the importance of pupil wellbeing in school choice, and the need to “over communicate” to keep enquiring families informed at all times.

It was a fascinating session, packed with insight and practical tips.
